Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a heat collection process for improving power generation efficiency using cement kiln residual heat, belonging to the technical field of power generation using cement kiln low-temperature residual heat. The process comprises the following steps of: mixing the residual low-temperature air (about 150 DEG C) from the tail portion of a grate cooler at a kiln hood and the residual intermediate-temperature waste gas (380-450 DEG C) from the middle portion of the grate cooler as the requirement of raw coal, and delivering to raw coal drying process of a coal-grinding system. The invention can generate power with more high-quality intermediate-temperature waste gas, improve effective cascading use of waste gas, and reduce the explosive risk of the coal-grinding system, so as to ensure safety production of the pulverized coal production system and save energy. |
