Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a rotary engine with a piston swinging in a circle in a cylinder. The engine consists of an encloser and a rotor. The encloser is designed with a combustion chamber. The combustion chamber is designed with an inlet, an outlet and a torch igniter. A camshaft is permanently arranged in the middle inside the encloser; a rotor is enclosed inside the cavity of the encloser. The main body of the rotor is annular. The cylinder of the engine is designed on the main body of the rotor; the suspension arm of the piston in the cylinder swings around a pin arranged on the main body of the rotor. The upper end face of the main body of the rotor is provided with an airflow gap. A power output shaft is permanently arranged on one side cover of the rotor. The engine cylinder is well sealed; the system can be lubricated easily with excellent dynamic balance, high energy conversion efficiency and small energy loss.
