Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a spinning method of polytetrafluoroethylene yarn and thread, which comprises steps: choosing polytetrafluoroethylene raw material to prepare polytetrafluoroethylene film intermediate products for reserving, cutting polytetrafluoroethylene film into ribbon shape, obtaining resultant yarn through spun yarn procedure, and obtaining thread through carrying out twining procedure on resultant yarn. The method of the invention for spinning polytetrafluoroethylene yarn and thread has the advantages of simple, convenient and feasible execution, high economic benefit and the like, which is applied to industrialized production. Polytetrafluoroethylene yarn and thread which are finally obtained have the advantages of high strong force, smoothness and wear resistance, corrosion prevention, ageing resistance, long service life and the like, which are applied to weave polytetrafluoroethylene fabric, and have extremely wide application prospect.
