Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a method for extracting whole blood DNA, which solves the defect that the extraction rate is low when the whole blood DNA is extracted at present. The invention comprises following steps: arranging blood into a centrifuge tube, adding buffer solution which contains proteinase K to generate restriction enzyme, centrifuging, adding hydroxybenzene, centrifuging again, then, using phenol-chloroform mixture to extract for 2-3 times, and thereby obtaining DNA. The buffer solution of proteinase K which is used in the invention is aqueous solution which contains 20mmol/L Tris.Cl (pH8.0), 200mmol/L EDTA (pH8.0), 1%SDS and 240ug/ml proteinase K. The invention has the advantages of simpleness, efficiency, high extraction rate and the like.
