Polyglutamate-medicament coupling compound with amino acid as communicating terminal

The invention aims at providing a poly-glutamic acid-drug conjugate which takes amino acids as connectors and the non-toxic pharmaceutically acceptable salts, wherein, the drugs are gemcitabine, paclitaxel or docetaxel. The Alpha-carboxyl of the amino acid molecules are connected with 5'-hydroxys of gemcitabine molucules or 2'-hydroxys of paclitaxel (docetaxel) molecules by ester bonds, and Alpha-aminos are connected with hydroxys of poly-(L)-glutamic acid molecules by amide bonds. The content of the gemcitabine in the conjugate is within the range of 5 to 30 percent (weight ratio), and the content of paclitaxel or docetaxel is within the range of 10 to 40 percent (weight ratio).
