Zusammenfassung:	A fastener device of a radiator is used for fixing the radiator on an electronic element. The invention comprises a fixed mould group and a cargo lash which is matched with the fixed mould group. The cargo lash comprises a fastener and an elastic casting die which consists of two anti-pressure bars respectively positioned at both sides of the fastener; one end of the casting die forms an end connection rotatablely connected with the fastener, while the other end of the casting die forms an operational end which facilitates the casting die to press the radiator and fasten on the fastener by triggering; through triggering the operational end, the radiator can be fixed on the heating electronic element conveniently.
