Zusammenfassung:	A method for preparing a small-aperture foam aluminum belongs to the preparation field of the porous metal material. The process steps of the invention are that after aluminum or aluminum alloy is melted, adhesion promoter and grains of core-forming agent of TiO are added for mixing; and then the vesicant of TiH which is oxidated is added into the molten mixture for mixing and dispersing; and then the small-aperture foam aluminum is obtained after the processes of mixing and foaming, heat preservation and foaming and cooling. The invention can realize the fined foam aluminum aperture anduniformization of the hole structure; moreover, the invention has simple process and is fit for large-scale production.
