Method for attracting bird's nest of peckerwood and peckerwood

The invention relates to a nest for attracting woodpecker. The nest is a wood cylinder. A cavity is arranged in the cylinder and an end of the cavity is provided with an end cover. The cavity is in the center of the cylinder and is provided with an opening in the upper end and a nest bottom in the lower end. The end cover is arranged at the opening at the upper end of the cavity which is filled with wood flour. The external surface of the wood cylinder is provided with some grooves along the direction of an axial line of the cylinder. The places near the top end and bottom end of the wood cylinder are provided with a groove along the circle of the cylinder. Some wood blocks are arranged in the surface of the wood cylinder. Then the nest is hung on the trunks of woods. The invention has the advantages that: due to the adopting of the structure, the attracting nest can be processed and manufactured with fresh passages of poplars and willows, and has obvious attracting effect.
