Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, more specifically to steel production. The inventive method for influencing a liquid metal chemical composition in a ladle consists in transfer a steel flow transferable from a metal melting device into a ladle through a channel and, during said transfer, in supplying deoxidisers, desulphurisers and other modifying agents changing the metal chemical composition the metal flow in the ladle. The supply is carried out by a free fall, a screw feed or a gas injection, wherein a neutral or inert gas is used. The inventive system for carrying out said method consists, alongside with the metal melting device, the ladle and a system for specified feeding of components, of a device comprising a channel whose working section is made of a refractory material, in particular from graphite. During a steel transfer, said device is placed between the output opening of the metal melting device and the ladle, wherein the longitudinal axes of the channel and opening are coaxial. |
