Bi-component acrylic ester structure adhesive and preparation method thereof

The present invention is double component acrylate structural adhesive and its preparation process, and belongs to the field of acrylate structural adhesive technology. The double component acrylate structural adhesive includes one main component comprising acrylate monomer 42-85 wt%, methacrylic acid 0-12 wt%, elastomer 0-30 wt%, stabilizer 0.01-1 wt%, toughening resin 0-30 wt%, epoxy resin 0-35 wt% and peroxide 0.5-5.5 wt%; and one curing agent component comprising acrylate monomer 40-90 wt%, elastomer 0-30 wt%, methacrylic acid 0-20 wt%, promoter 1-10 wt%, toughening resin 0-40 wt%, epoxy resin 0-35 wt% and inorganic stuffing 0-25 wt%. There are elastomer in 10-30 wt% in at least one of the main component and the curing agent component, and toughening resin in 5-40 wt% in at least one of the main component and the curing agent component. The double component acrylate structural adhesive is applied for adhering materials.
