Level adjusting circuit

The invention discloses a level adjusting circuit, comprising K adjusting units used to receive K input signals corresponding to a first voltage level range, and exports K output signals corresponding to a second voltage level range. The second voltage level range is wider than the first voltage level range, therein, each adjusting unit is used to export an output signal at an output end, including a first switching component coupled between the output end and a first voltage source to decide whether to couple the output end to the first voltage source according to an input signal, and (K-1) second switching components arranged between the output end and a second voltage source by parallel connection to control the conduction state according to other (K-1) output signals except the output signal respectively (therein, K is a positive integer).
