Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a flat fluorescent lamp. A strip electrode of the flat fluorescent lamp has a plurality of electrode branches, a plurality of dielectric branches are arranged at periphery of the electrode branches for increasing the application area of the fluorescent material, and the distribution position of the fluorescent material can be adjusted through the dielectric branches. Accordingly, the brightness of the flat fluorescent lamp is improved, and the light emission uniformity is improved. The invention also provides an LCD using the flat fluorescent lamp as the backlight module, which has good display effect.
