The inclination-angle sensor is attached to underneath of the carrying table, the two are tightly bound together. The working steps of the levelly adjusting device are: When the device is in a plane (generally a non-level), the inclination-angle sensor can accurately measure the inclination angle of the carrying table relative to the level and send it in signal-type to a single-chip machine through the built-in circuit of the device. The single-chip machine does pre-set calculation and inputs it in pulse-type into the step-by-step motor driver which drives the motor to work driving the drive gear, controlling the adjusting screw' lift and level adjusting the carrying table. Advantage: ensured precision and realized re-setting of the device. |
