Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a cap for vehicle roof filler rod and mounting structure thereof, which can be mounted at an opening part formed by cutting the vertical lateral part of the vehicle roof filler rod. A groove extending along the vehicles cross direction is formed on the roof of the vehicle, mounted with mounting parts wherein the position of the mounting parts is from the middle of the width direction of the groove to any right-and left direction. The vehicle roof filler rod is mounted in the groove. An opening part is formed on the vehicle roof filler rod and the cap for vehicle roof filler rod is mounted on the opening part in loading and unloading mode. The cap comprises a cap body mounted on the vehicle roof filler rod in way of covering the opening and an engaging mechanism forengaging the cap body with the vehicle roof filler rod in mode of loading and unloading.
