Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a method for improving the ultrasonic examination to the machine components (403) which have been made in order to improve the coverage of the ultrasonic examination of the machine components (403) that have been made. A forged piece envelopment (401) with right circular cylinder shape is constructed surrounding the forged piece of the machine component. Subsequently, the material which is equal to two times of the wavelength of the ultrasonic examination equipment is added into the forged piece envelopment (401) in the forging direction. Later the additional material which is equal to the blind area dimension of the energy converter is added to the checking surface of the forged piece envelopment (401) if the forged piece can not be done ultrasonic examination from the opposite surface in the forging direction.
