The invention discloses an equipment figure display method which includes steps that: various machine frame models are founded, scale information of groove positions in various machine frame models is stored, all relevant machine frame models and scale information of groove positions that are corresponding to an equipment are acquired when the structure of the equipment needs to be checked and a display figure of the equipment is generated according to the scale information of groove positions. The invention also discloses a figure display device of an equipment which includes: a founding module of a machine frame model, a storing module, an inquiry module, and a figure generating module. By using the invention, structure of various equipments can be simply and effectively displayed.
