Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a synchronous operation spacer of a guideway, comprising a plurality of introns, and a long strip connecting part which connects a plurality of introns; the introns are separated in each rolling element of the guideway device, and provided with a backing part between the rolling elements at both sides corresponding to the rolling path; an error gap larger than the size of the backing part by 0.3 percent is designed for the backing part and corresponding to the rolling elements, and the backing part is made from flexible material with an oil absorption extending ratio of 0 to 0.3percent; therefore, the synchronous operation spacer has an extending rate after oil absorption less than the gap value between the rolling elements and the spacer before oil absorption, so that the rolling elements and the spacer of the invention is ensured not to interfere with each other in a working environment containing lubricating oil, and the smoothness and stability of the linear rolling guideway devic
