A chain conveying belt dual-packing detecting signal, a manual removal signal and an equipment operation signal of the system packaging machine are connected with an input port of a controller; an output port of the controller is connected with a middle relay and a packaging electromechanical control system; a PLC has the control type that when the equipment is in operation, the cigarette packs pass through the dual-packing detector, a pulse serial with the consistent quantity with the cigarette packs is produced; the controller compile statistics of the pulse quantity; when the statistical values reach a prearranged valve value, the controller outputs a signal drive relay and the normal-open contact is closed, thus the power supply of a connecting alarm light is on and emits the splash signal to remind the operator of self-checking.
