Heating cooker and steam generating device for the same

A heating and cooking device, setting shelf guides (23, 23) for installing square dish (26) detachably on two opposing side walls (21, 22) of a heating room (2), the upper and lower hatches have steam nozzles (52, 52a) which clip the shelf guide (23) on one side wall, setting a steam generating device (4) for ejecting steam from the steam nozzle (55) on the outer side of the heating room (2). Twospaces clipping the square dish (26) is full of steam, which ensures to obtain greater heating effect to food. In the heating and cooking device, by means of dividing the heating room using the square dish to heating food, which improves heating effect.
