| Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method of distributing the load of a management centre that transmits information to a large number of user units, each unit receiving the information following a request made by connecting to the management centre. The inventive method is characterised in that it comprises the following steps, namely: the management centre determines a number of units to be processed with said information; the length of time for which the number of units is to be processed is determined; and a message is transmitted to the user units, comprising: i) the probability of connection between a unit and the management centre, based on the pre-determined number of units, and ii) the pre-determined length of time for which the unit is connected according to said probability. |
