Zusammenfassung:	A low-temperature demulsifying agent consists of drying agent 45-65 wt%, methanol 5-10 wt% and water residues. The drying agent comprises intermediate PEA 21.5-40 wt%, sodium hydrate 1.5-3.5 wt%, ethylene epoxide 20-40 wt%, epoxy-propane 15-35 wt%, and epoxy chloropropane 2-8 wt%. Intermediate PEA contains phenol 0.8-1.5 mol, pentammine tetra-alkyl 2.5-3.5 mol, methanal 2.0-3.5 mol and toluene 0.02-0.05 mol. The dewatering temperature is between 30-35 deg. C, crude water content is less than 0.2% when use level is between 50-60mg/l, oily content of separated sewage is less than 500mg/l. It saves energy resources and costs low and can be used for dewatering extract in oil well.
