Technique for assembling magnet yoke of rotor in large and medium size mixed flow, axial flow hydroelectric machine

Technical steps for assembling magnet yoke of rotor include procedures: (1) placing studs for rotor bracket according to designed positions; magnet yoke keys are installed inside slots of magnet yoke keys which are setup on the studs; being adjusted and positioned, at least three studs are in use as rudimental reference for piling magnet yoke pieces; (2) piling magnet yoke pieces according to requirement of design by using three studs as reference in order to form rigid body of magnet yoke; in procedure for piling magnet yoke pieces, the invention adjusts positions of studs and yoke keys at any moment by using magnet yoke to be placed as reference; (3) driving fitting taper keys, welded studs, and shaped spider corresponding to magnet yoke keys. Using rigid body of magnet yoke as reference, the invention replaces excircle of rotor bracket and magnet yoke keys as reference for assembling. Using buildup dimension of magnet yoke of rotor modifies assembling and welding errors.
