This invention relates to a lock opened by magnetic control, a bolt part and a key of the lock, in which said lock includes a back panel, a side panel and a positive panel, the bolt is set between the back and positive panels, an inner slot is set on the back plate, one end of which has a concave part and an outer slot is set on the positive panel, the bolt includes a rod fixed with an outer rod and shaft blocking loops with a loop jacketing the rod between them, an absorption plate and the inner bolt rod are fixed on the loop, which can be widely used in places not playing a high demand on security such as toilets and telephone boxes on trains and ships.
