Said raw material composition includes (by wt%) 1-3% of ganoderma, 5-15% of coix seed, 1-6% of ginseng, 10-20% of pueraria root, 10-20% of salvia root, 10-20% of crataegus fruit, 10-20% of aloe, 3-15% of notoginseng root and 20-50% of qiyeshen. Said invention also provides the health-care cigarette substitute made of said raw material composition. The invented health-care substituted has the several health-care functions of supplementing qi and blood, promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, resolving phlegm and relieving cough, etc. Besides, said invention also provides its production method and concrete steps.
