Zusammenfassung:	Stable and high purity water-soluble cecropin-X can be obtained by using this invented process. Said cecropin-X can be used in extracorporeal cell experiment and intracorporeal zoopery of anti-malignant tumor with excellent effectiveness and repeatability. This invention solves problems such as: purification of inclusion after fermentation, selection of kinds of fusion protein denaturant, selection of degree of acidity, selection of kinds of dialysate buffer solution, pH value and dialysis temperature. Under the selected condition, we can obtain 10 mg cecropin-X with purity more than 95% from 1 g inclusion.
