Dactinomycin refining process

The dactinomycin refining process includes the following steps: dissolving the mixture of actinomycin D and actinomycin S3 in acetone-water composite solvent; filtering, washing the filter cake with acetone-water composite solvent for several times and re-filtering to obtain filtrate; dropping pure water to the filtrate and standing to obtain dactinomycin solution; setting the solution at 0-5 deg.c for dactinomycin to crystallize; vacuum suction filtering the crystallized liquid to obtain dactinomycin crystal filter cake; washing the filter cake with anhydrous alcohol, and vacuum drying at room temperature to obtain crystallized dactinomycin. The refined dactinomycin product has effective component content over 98 %.
