Method for improving pigment jet printing clearness, color strength and vividness of textile materials

The invention relates to a method to improve the clarity, color depth and brilliant shade of the coating ink-jet printings of the textiles. It adopts the ink-jet printing system and the heating printing bedplate. The special steps are as follows: 1. put the heating printing bedplate on the loading platform of the printing machine and adjust its height to below the printing ink-jet head of the machine. 2. Set the temperature of the heating printing bedplate at 20 -100 deg. C. 3. Iron the textiles smoothly by an electric iron and tile it onto the bedplate. 4. Adjust the textiles surface to 2-5mm from the ink-jet head. 5. Measure the temperature of several points on the textiles surface uniformly by a hand-held infrared temperature tester to make each point has the similar temperature. 6. Set a printing pattern in the computer to fill and print by using different colors. 7. Air or dry the textiles after printing.
