Filtration device based on purified diatomite and fibre filtering element and process flow thereof

The present invention discloses one kind of filter plant based on refined diatomite and filtering fiber element and its filtering process. The filter plant includes one tank, one elevating mechanism,one water dividing conic cap, one air dividing conic cap, one air exhaust pipe, one washing water valve, one washing water tank, one movable conic sieve plate holder, filtering fiber elements, one water outlet, one sludge pipe and one slag discharging valve. The filtering fiber elements are made of semi-permeating Tencel G-100 fiber. The filtering process includes the steps of pre-mixing, filtering, drying and discharging sludge, cleaning filtering fiber elements, and replacing filtering fiber elements. The present invention has high filtering precision, high automation, no secondary pollution, low cost and wide use, and may be applied in treating different types of waste water, pre-treating sea water for desalting, etc.
