Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a biodegradable and bioresorbable material for medical use which has excellent degradability, heat resistance and mechanical resistance. The biodegradable and bioresorbable material for medical use comprises a polymer blend of a type A polymer and a type B polymer having the following formulae, respectively: type A polymer: type B polymer: wherein each of X1 and X2 is 0 to 50 mol%; each of Y1 and Y2 is 0 to 50 mol%; each of Z1 and Z2 is 50 to 100 mol%; each of m1 and m2 is an integer of 3 to 8; R1 and R3 independently represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms; R1' and R3' independently represent an alkyl group having 1 to 2 carbon atoms; and R2, R2', R4 and R4' independently represent an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, provided that both of X1 and X2 should not be 0 mol%.
