Zusammenfassung:A clean nursing product for automobile consists of Brazil wax 60-80 wt%, emulsifier 10-20 wt%, sunscreen agent 1-5 wt%, AET-1 adjustor 5-15 wt%, AET-2 adjustor 1-5 wt%. The process is carried out by heating solid Brazil wax at 80-100 degree, converting into liquid to remove impurities, mixing in mixer at 1500-3000r/ min, emulsifying, homogenizing for 15-20 mins at 8-10 kg and refining to obtain final product. It's smooth, has no spot and dirt and harm for paint surface, it can be used as repairing accessory for automobile body.
