Zusammenfassung: | Controlling current of electromagnet to change magnetic force of the electromagnet provides three degrees of freedom including motion along Z direction and rotations of circling axes of X and Y for a disk sheet. Using centripetence of magnetic field restricts degrees of freedom including motion along X, Y directions. Three electromagnets and three displacement transducers (DT) are distributed on central circle on up face of the bearing plate, which is setup on the magnetic suspension device. Through standing post, low face of the bearing plate is connected to the up portion of the control box. Control wires for electromagnets and signal lines of DT are connected to the control box. Being in level position, the disk sheet can be suspended in the space surrounded by the bearing plate, the control box, and the standing post stably. Features are: simple structure, few number of electromagnet. The invention extends application field of magnetic suspension technique. |
