Method for preparing super-white polished bricks

The invention discloses a preparation method of super white polishing brick. It weighs the materials on ratio and sends them into the ball mill. Rubbed by the ball mill to slurry, they are extracted into the spray tower for granulation, stand for 24-30h to make the moisture of the powder materials consistent and send into the compressor for molding. After drying, heat them to 1180-1280deg.C at the speed of 20-35deg.C/m, keep the temperature for 20-40m, firing in kiln and cooling. Finally, prepare by using polisher to grind and polish. The super white polishing bricks have high whiteness, good thermal stability and short preparation cycle. It also can avoid the radioactivity of zirconium silicate and save resources. The whole decoration effect of using these bricks is white and perfect.
