And the invention applies a combination of water sealed tank, self-evaporator and indirect heater and other devices, to be able to continuously, automatically, safely and stably make the steam condensate self-evaporate to produce secondary steam for use, so as to make full use of the remaining heat of the condensed water, thus achieving the purpose of saving energy, reducing wastage and raising economic benefits.
