The synthesized mirror granite has one surface coating layer produced with S-722 resin, light stabilizer, defoaming agent, curing agent and promoter; and one structural layer prepared with S-40 resin, coupling agent, shrink-resistant agent, curing agent, promoter and sand. It is prepared through the steps of: coating demolding agent, coating surface coating layer, pouring structural layer, vibrating to eliminate bubble and curing to obtain product. The present invention has improved production process and high product quality. |
