Zusammenfassung:	The present invention discloses one kind of health food assisting blood fat reduction and its production process. The health food is produced with common mussel powder, haw, lotus leaf and oriental water plantain in certain weight proportion. The production process includes the following steps: 1. producing common mussel powder with fresh common mussel and through washing, homogenizing, filtering to obtain filtrate, homogenizing the filtrate and spray drying; 2. decocting haw, lotus leaf and oriental water plantain, merging water extracting liquid, standing, filtering, decompression concentrating, and spray drying to obtain extractum powder; and 3. mixing the common mussel powder and the extractum powder, pelletizing and encapsulating. The health food has health function of assisting lowering blood fat.
