Zusammenfassung:The separator for a fuel cell according to the present invention includes a substrate (20) including flow channels (40), and a surface-treatment layer (50) disposed on the flow channels. The surface-treatment layer (50) has a contact angle no more than 30 DEG when measured with water. The separator for a fuel cell can smoothly supply an oxidant and a fuel and easily release reaction products produced during the electrochemical reaction of the fuel cell, and can thereby improve fuel cell characteristics.
