Zusammenfassung:	A tape feeding roller (63) formed of a conductive plastic material is provided with a step part (71), which has a prescribed width in an axial direction and is formed to recess by a depth, which is larger than a thickness of a wireless tag circuit element (32), on an inner side in the radius direction over the entire circumference of an outer circumference part facing the wireless tag circuit element (32). On the both end edge parts of the step part (71) in the axial direction are provided with taper parts (71A). The step part (71) and the outer circumference parts of the both taper parts (71A) are covered with a cylindrical covering part (74) formed of a conductive elastic member having a size substantially equivalent to the outer diameter of the tape feeding roller (63).
