Data distribution system, and data distribution method

A data distribution method for distributing distribution object data containing the observation time and the observation result of a predetermined observation object, to data using terminals. The data distribution method comprises the step of executing a distribution processing when a distribution condition holds, the step of storing distribution history information indicating the distribution history of the distribution object data, and the step of generating generic distribution information or information made to correspond to a plurality of distribution destinations, to which identical distribution object data is to be simultaneously distributed, on the basis of the distribution history information. In the distribution processing, on the basis of the generic distribution information, all kinds of distribution object data made to correspond to the distribution condition having held, toward the data using terminals of all the distribution destinations made to correspond to that distribution condition.
