Zusammenfassung:	A surfaction goaf rod head and the surfaction method are provided, wherein the goaf rod head includes a rod head main body and a drive panel, and the rod head main body or the drive panel is formed with at least a quality-changing area, which is formed by a high energy apparatus through the heat treatment of an energy uniformization device. Thereby, the quality-changing area has the mechanical performance different from the other area, which can effectively add the drive distance, meanwhile advancing the hardness and the tensile strength of the goaf rod head.
