Putting angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor tool enzyme into skim milk heat-treated to hydrolysis action, then eliminating enzyme treatment, cooling to 37 to 40 DEG C and adding 5 to 10 percent probiotics starter, fermenting 17 to 24 hour under the circumstance temperature 37+/-1 DEG C to making probiotics vermented milk substrate. The method of the present invention ACEI activity is obviously better than single enzyme hydrolyzing milk protein or using probiotics along to ferment product. The present invention product has not only hypertension, and without side effects probiotics fermented milk products. To combine the both products, make it play the role of enriching original nutrients and keep the traditional flavor of acidophilus milk, it can not only control blood pressure, but also be as a new type of nutritional dairy products.
