Zusammenfassung:A reflector (72) capable of reflecting infrared ray radiated from a heating wire (71) to take it to the outside of a heater (70) and manufactured of a material such as a steel. Cavities (73) are formed in the surface of the reflector (72). Since the aspect ratio of these cavities (73) is set within the range of 0.17 to 0.7, the infrared ray reflectance of the reflector is higher than that of a reflector in which cavities are not formed.
