Zusammenfassung:This invention relates to a method for preparing A-vacancy composite perovskite microwave medium material, whose chemical formula is La(2-x)/3NaxTiO3 (x = 0.02-0.5); (Na1-xKx)1/2La1/2TiO3 (x = 0-1.0); (Nd2/3-xLi3x)TiO3 (x = 0-0.5); (Sm2-x/3Lix)TiO3 (x = 0-0.5). The method can lower the resonance frequency-temperature coefficient as well as increase the Q value of the material by controlling the concentration and ordered/disordered distribution of A vacancies.
