Zusammenfassung:A method of transmitting a data packet based on a transport format combination set (TFCS) using a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) is disclosed. In the method, a user equipment (UE) receives a TFCS from a base station (BS) to select a transport format combination (TFC) for retransmitting a data packet and selects from the TFCS a TFC which corresponds to a maximum transmission power by which the data packet is retransmitted. Thereafter, the UE retransmits the data packet using the TFC of an initial transmission and a transmission power that corresponds to the TFC with the maximum transmission power of the TFCS.
