Zusammenfassung:	A centrifugal separator (5) is provided with a rotor (51) which rockably supports a container (9) having an upper part opening (90B) and rotates to permit centrifugal force to operate to the container (9). The rotor (51) is provided with an evaporation suppressing means (55A) for suppressing evaporation of a liquid, which is stored in the container (9) to be separated, when the rotor (51) is rotated. The evaporation suppressing means (55A) includes a standing wall (55Ab) which positions in front of the upper part opening (90B) when the container (9) is turned by rotating the rotor (51).
