Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a complete knee prosthesis consisting of a tibial element (1), a femoral element (2) and an intermediate element (3) which is interposed therebetween and comprises cavities (15, 15') for receiving the condyles (16, 16') of the femoral element (2), thereby enabling the rotational displacement thereof. On the saggital lateralised plane, the profile of the condyles (16, 16') of the femoral element (2) extend according to a constant radius (R1) which is greater than the natural radius of the femur anatomic condyles at a value within the angular guiding surface range P1 of the order of 155 DEG . The intermediate element (3) is axially pivotally mounted on the tibial element (1), the axis of rotation (a) of the femoral element (2) is backwardly (d1) shifted on the tibial element (1) in the saggital plane with respect to the pivot axis (A) of the intermediate element (3). |
