Method for manufacturing substrate

The invention discloses a method for making substrate, which includes providing a first conductive membrane with plural conductive protruding blocks, and fixing an element, having plural electrodes which is electrically connected to the conductive protruding blocks, on the first conductive membrane; in addition, providing a core board having storage space and which has inner circuits in upper and lower sides; next, burying the element in the storage space and forming an insulation portion to coating the element, core board and the inner circuits in both upper and lower side, wherein the first conductive membrane is arranged under the element, and forming a second conductive membrane on the insulation portion above the element; forming plural through holes to drill through the second conductive membrane, the insulation portion and the core board and the first conductive membrane; next, form conductive layer on the side walls of the through holes, and patterning the first conductive membrane and the second conductive membrane to from outer layer circuit; at last, forming an anti-welding layer on the outer layer circuit.
