The present invention discloses an energy saving gas cooker and intends to provide a gas cooker which can fully burning the combustible gas, reduce use amount of the combustible gas, reduce use cost and save energy. The head of the gas cooker is connected with a gas passage which is connected with a compressed air pipeline and a combustible gas pipeline. The compressed air pipeline is connected to a compressed air source by a combustible-uninflammable gas combine control switch. The combustible gas pipeline is connected to a combustible gas source by the combustible-uninflammable gas combine control switch. The gas cooker of the present invention increases the compressed air pipeline connected with the compressed air source, makes compressed air that has certain pressure join the burning, makes the combustible gas fully burnt, reaches best burning value, reduces the use amount of combustible gas, reduces the use cost for the users, and saves energy.
