Construction material and method thereof

The invention discloses a novel construction material and a construction method. The construction method comprises employing construction templates made of polystyrene foam material as inner templates and outer templates, and employing light bricks made of polystyrene foam material, laying the inner templates in an entire indoor space when construction. Because the entitative templates are used indoor, the constructor can be prevented from tumbling. Also mechanized construction can be realized. Compared with the strength of a wall with a common frame structure, the strength of the construction material of the invention is improved. The hollow draw-hole wall can lighten the weight and save construction materials. The polystyrene foam template is employed to replace steel, wood templates, thereby saving a great deal of raw materials, lightening weight, decreasing labor intensity of the worker, and reducing processes, shortening construction period, lowering construction cost, and improving construction efficiency.
