Zusammenfassung:	The buffer unit for mine truck includes one elastic body outside the truck, and the elastic body has elastic anti-collision shield, longitudinal hole and pin, and the elastic anti-collision shield has lug inserted into the longitudinal hole and transverse hole for inserting the pin. The said split structure may have the elastic body and the elastic anti-collision shield made separately with polyurethane elastomer and foamed polyurethane material for high buffering effect, long service and low cost. The present invention also discloses the making process of the buffer unit.
