Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a bicycle frame and the surface coating method. The frame includes plural pipes connecting with each other, and each pipe has a nonmetal native pipe, a base paint film group, a metal ceramic film layer, and a protection film layer. The bottom film layer is coated on the base paint film group. The metal ceramic film layer is compounded from metal and gas containing nitrogen oxygen carbon and hydrogen. The protection film layer is coated on the surface of metal ceramic film layer. By adjusting the ratio of metal material and nitrogen oxygen carbon and hydrogen in metal ceramic film layer, the pipe would have different color to attract consumer.
